1. Medical Disclaimer & Non-Emergency Nature of Services

2. Service Bookings & Availability
Submitting an enquiry through our website or sending a message on WhatsApp does not automatically confirm an appointment until our care coordinator verifies staff/device availability, location coverage in Surat, and confirms the scheduled time slot with you.
Certain diagnostic services (such as 2D Echocardiography) are provided at our Sagrampura center, whereas others (such as Portable X-Ray, ECG, Holter Monitoring, ABPM, Blood Collection, Doctor Visits, Physiotherapy, Dietician Consultations, and Nursing Care) are coordinated as home visits subject to location and clinical suitability.
3. Prescriptions & Clinical Requirements
For clinical nursing procedures (such as injectable medications, IV infusions, or tube care) and specialized diagnostic imaging or monitoring, patients/families must provide a valid prescription or referral from a registered medical practitioner. Our staff reserves the right to decline any procedure that cannot be performed safely in a home environment.
4. Equipment Care for Multi-Hour Monitoring (Holter, ABPM, Sleep Study)
When a portable monitoring device (such as a 24–48 hour Holter monitor, 24-hour ABPM monitor, or overnight Sleep Study recorder) is fitted for home use, the patient and family agree to handle the device carefully, keep it dry as instructed, and allow timely pickup at the end of the monitoring period.
5. Intellectual Property
The official Wellbeing Healthcare Services name, logo, tagline ("Expert Care, Delivered to Your Door"), website text, and brand visuals are the property of Wellbeing Healthcare Services and may not be copied or misused without written permission.
